Strategy for Humanity is delighted  that Heather B. Hamilton has joined our team as a Senior Director. Heather brings a wealth of expertise in executive leadership, donor engagement, strategy, policy analysis, advocacy, and network development across the human rights, development, philanthropic, and children’s sectors.  Her unique perspective will be invaluable to our consulting work, helping us better serve our clients and foster meaningful impact worldwide. Heather has served in multiple executive director roles where she was instrumental in driving philanthropic shifts, facilitating collective strategy, navigating organizational development, and leading complex, cross-sectoral, multi-stakeholder initiatives at the national and global levels. Her previous consulting work has been rooted in helping clients navigate the challenges of collective change, facilitating greater stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that organizations are equipped with actionable methodologies for achieving lasting, scalable impact. We are confident that Heather’s passion for social justice and her extensive leadership and consulting experience will further strengthen our ability to deliver transformative solutions to our clients, helping them address the most pressing global challenges.  Learn more about her experience: ​here.
