Francesca Molinaro
Senior Technical Advisor
Francesca Molinaro serves as a Senior Technical Advisor to Strategy for Humanity. Her passion is to help leaders and organizations grow and thrive. Francesca specializes in strategic diversity and inclusion, leadership coaching and organizational development. She is a seasoned consultant, leadership coach and experienced facilitator with nearly 20 years of experience.
Francesca has experience conducting organizational assessments, leading strategic planning, designing training programs, supporting organizational change and designing and implementing Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives. For over 4 years she was Diversity Advisor at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) where she developed and led implementation of the D&I strategy across 26 countries. In this role she successfully launched a D&I survey to thousands of employees, led external benchmarking on gender equality in the workplace, and worked closely with employee resource groups to drive inclusion and help bridge differences in the workplace.
Francesca brings a broad range of experiences to help clients solve their organizational problems. She has worked with clients across a broad spectrum of industries in the private, non-profit and public sectors. Her work experiences span over 12 countries in the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Western and Central Europe. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of working cross-culturally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Francesca holds Masters Degrees from both the London School of Economics and the George Washington University. She completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons.) at the University of Toronto. She is completing her Certificate in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University.
Francesca was also founding member and former Board Chair of the first public charter school for girls in the District of Columbia.
