Joanne Kelsey has more than 20 years of experience collaborating with government officials, NGOs, and Congress to improve the lives of refugees, asylum-seekers and stateless individuals living in the United States. She has held leadership positions at the Women’s Refugee Commission, Lutheran Immigration Refugee Service and the office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
